  • Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, and account UID.
  • Profile information: name, optional phone number, optional date of birth, and optional profile photo.
  • Gameplay and social data: player names, round settings, scores, wagers, settlements, chat messages, invites, notifications, and round history.
  • Device and app data: app version, device model, crash diagnostics, analytics events, and basic usage activity.
  • Camera/media data: when you choose to upload or capture a profile photo.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and maintain app features (authentication, scoring, betting flows, settlements, chat, and social features).
  • Calculate results, balances, and payouts.
  • Improve app reliability, performance, and security.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and policy violations.
  • Respond to support requests and account inquiries.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help operate BetCaddie (for example Firebase/Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, analytics, and crash reporting), and when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain data as follows:

  • Account/profile data: retained until account deletion.
  • System backups and operational logs: retained up to 30 days.
  • Crash diagnostics and analytics events: retained up to 14 months.
  • Some shared records (for example rounds/chats/settlements involving other users) may remain visible to those participants where operationally required.

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data by contacting betcaddie@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

BetCaddie is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International Transfers

BetCaddie is operated from the United States and uses infrastructure provided by Firebase/Google Cloud, which may process or store data in the United States and other countries. We rely on provider contractual and technical safeguards to protect transferred personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
