BetCaddie Account and Data Deletion

1. Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)

You can delete your account directly in the app:

Me -> Edit profile -> Delete account

This is the fastest method.

2. Delete by Email (If You Cannot Access the App)

If you cannot access your account in-app, email betcaddie@gmail.com with subject:

Data Deletion Request

Include:

• The email address associated with your BetCaddie account
• Your full name (optional but helpful for verification)
• A short confirmation that you want permanent account deletion

3. Processing Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

We may request additional information to confirm account ownership before deletion.

4. What Gets Deleted

When deletion is completed, we delete or disable:

• Authentication account access
• Account profile data and account identifiers
• Data directly associated only with your account, where technically feasible

5. What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, operational continuity, or compliance reasons.

In addition, shared records (for example rounds, chats, or settlements involving other users) may remain visible to those other participants where operationally required.
